Derister yourself as a car rental service provider and cease to operate....your service is ridiculous

Thrifty car rental services are by far the worse service providers in the rental space in South Africa. They don't send invoices to clients and do not return holding funds back to client's account event after paying upfront for the days of the car rental period. I've unfortunately have had to hire two vehicles on consecutive weeks and I am yet to receive an invoice nor my funds held for the first rental close after almost a month. They further excel with their rude and uncultured customer consultants who don't answer phone calls with their automatic queue machine that informs you that you are third on the queue and 10 minutes later on hold you are told you are on their magic number 3 on the queue.

I really would discourage anyone from hiring vehicles from them...…It is understood that due to the outbreak of covid, personnel are working from home but that factored in they are still no where to be offering a standard service worthy to be considered even remotely satisfactory.
