Deposit still not back after 7 days

I hired a car through Thrifty car Rental Sandton branch for weekend of 30th October 2015 returned it 02 November 2015, the deposit/security due back to me was supposed to be back in my account within 24 to 48 hrs. But still today 10 th November 2015 I still don't have my money back and I keep calling being told different stories all the time. How long should I wait for my money? I keep wasting more money by calling them but still no solution. They tell me their head office released the money on 02 November 2015 but I don't have it. This is such an inconvenience as now I have to use my savings to do things. I need someone from management to sort this mess out.
