Deposit ********.. Thrifty must shutdown

When I fetched the car at East London Airport the service was poor, a guy who was assisting me kept calling his friends while serving he almost did not include the insurance of windows and tyres that I paid for. I returned the car 2nd January it’s been a full month. Still waiting for my deposit that I was told it will be in my account within three working days.
