Deposit ********

The worst experience at the Durban branch. If I didn’t contact them to ask for a follow up I wouldn’t have heard from them. We returned the car unaware it had a bump on the wheel, and I always take out standard cover for such incidents. After a month of waiting for them to update me about the incident that’s when I called them. They emailed the invoice from the panel beater and theirs. What confused me is that their invoice had my car number plate and another one I don’t know. The were charges that made no sense. Inquired about them they said I won’t be getting my half deposit back after paying for wheel. (So that meant if I payed R4000 deposit and the car got damaged and that damaged costs R1500 + 500 for service) So I won’t get back the rest of the R2000 back. What’s the standard cover for then? Why won’t I get the rest of my deposit back? I’m soo ****ed. I won’t be hiring any of theirs cars again.
