Deposit release a nightmare with Thrifty

Rented for a week on the 16th of October 2019 in Cape Town, since then been trying to get the holding deposit back with no luck. Got through to their call centre twice in October and was promised the release of the deposit but still to date nothing. I have been calling every other day since then and now I am put on hold or told to leave contact details which they NEVER return my call.

I have used most car rental services on the market in SA and i can tell you now that this is by far the worst on the market in terms of administration.
