Deposit refund not paid

I hired a car with Thrifty at the East London Airport, and returned the car. Now I am struggling to get my refund of R6000,00. I am being sent from pillar to post, a guy by the name of Rylan Sewbally promised that the money will be in my account within 72 days but nothing. It's almost a month now, and nobody wants to help me. Their so called help desk is useless to say the least, after waiting for 30 minutes to talk to someone, I get transferred to someone else and eventually they drop the call....pathetic.
