Deposit Refund Not In Almost a Month Later

<p>I hired a car from Thrifty Car Rentals which I returned on the 30th of December. Only on the 18th did someone contact me to say they needed my banking details. I sent them immediately. On Monday 23 January, I called following up and I was promised a call back. This call did not happen. On Tuesday morning I called again and I was promised a call 20 minutes later and it did not happen. This is almost a month later. The service is horrendeous. I will not use their services again nor will I recommend anyone to use them.</p>
