Deposit refund

I happen to find thrifty care rentals unprofessional, it is working day 9 now after I was told that my deposit will be refunded in 7 working days. I tried to email them their email is not working. I tried sending them a message and have not yet received a response from them.

All I want is my money back, when I took back the car the petrol tank was full but I can see on my credit card they made sure they use extra cash of money that I don't know for what. Very unhappy client, it was the first last time making use of their services.
