Deposit refund

I have been waiting for my deposit refund from them since December 2021. Their refund department doesn't respond to emails and when you call they dont answer. The branch where i rented the car(Centurion) they not bothered by my case, all the supervisor does when you make a follow up is to forward an email to refunds department. It has been more than a month since i rented the car snd 2 weeks of sending emails and calling. This is pathetic customer service
