DEPOSIT REFUND

Successfully hired and returned a vehicle this past weekend..it was a pleasant expierience.I am however awaiting my refund for the deposit i placed of 7k to my credit card.upon returning the vehicle,not even 30 minutes later R318 was charged to my card.One would assume if you handling a customers final paperwork,the deposit should be refunded and the transaction finalized.I trust this will speed up the resolution of my query.
