Deposit on Car Rental not refunded

<p>How am i supposed to wait over 12 months for my deposit?</p> <p> </p> <p>Re: DZ93BXGP-28671-RA-849839</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been waiting for my refund since 12th May 2015. My Thrifty rental was involved in an undisputed collision with another rental vehicle from Avis Car Rental. All accident procedures for both the rental company and state police were duly followed. I contacted Thrifty to make them aware of the incident and they firstly told me that i needed to claim from Avis car rental which I followed. Avis informed me that I need to follow up with Thrifty which Thrifty later confirmed that i should follow up with them. Thrifty took 6 months to investigate the accident. Then they took another 3 months to lodge the claim with Avis. Avis disputed the amount Thrifty claimed from them for repairing the motor vehicle and have been in logger heads with each other for another 3 months. Now it has been over a year waiting for my refund on my access hold that they recommend one to pay for piece of mind. </p> <p> </p> <p>I think complaining after over a year of due following process is reasonable.</p> <p>SHAME ON YOU DOLLAR THRIFTY!!!</p>
