Deposit of MY REFUND

By reading all the other reviews it really gives me the idea that this company couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. I am still waiting for my R2000 deposit that was paid in March just before lock down. I called and asked how long and they said 7 days, surprise I am still waiting. I then call again and they say they are working from home I. must email their COVID-19 email for my deposit. Wait 4 days no response. I call again and they say I must email *** I as I am told and surprise 4 days later still no response. End of April I finally get an email saying they have requested that the bank release my deposit? Surprise I am still waiting.
