Deposit not returned and overcharging

I rented with them through Travelstart.

1- I paid about 30% of the rental cost through Travelstart when I booked. They totally disregarded the Travelstart booking document and issued me a new invoice as if I was a drop in client. So basically, the money I paid upfront are gone.

2- I dropped the car on the 28 January 2022. It is now 1 March 2022. They still have not reimbursed me for my 2000 rand deposit.

The reason for the two starts was that the car was good and the prices competitive: however, if I never see my deposit again the price would be considered high.

I am definitely booking with one of the bigger car rentals next time.
