Deposit not returned

Almost 2 months later and I have still not received my deposit nor any communication. Numerous emails sent to customer care.

On 8 March 2020, I hired a vehicle from your branch at King shaka airport. I paid a deposit of R3000. A few days later I returned the vehicle and hired a different vehicle. I paid another deposit of R2000.

I was told it could take up to 21 days for my money to be returned to me as I used my international card.

It is now 16 April 2020 and I still have not received my money back. This is absolutely ridiculous!

When I hired the second vehicle, the lady told me that my previous deposit has already been released. So this lockdown has absolutely nothing to do with anything.

Kindly clarify why this is taking so long and may I request proof for the date of release of my money?
