Deposit not refunded

I see that there are so many people here who are experiencing the same issues. Which that we learn to look at Hello Peter before we are engaging in transactions with this company. They promised to pay the deposit back after 21 days. @3 days later after querying the delay, they informed me that the R2000 deposit has been banked as the car was returned to a different branch. What nonsense is that to take R2000 to return their car in time but to a different branch.
