Deposit not refunded

<p>we rented a car on March 17 and returned it on March 20 and to date we haven't received the R3000 deposit that we paid. Every time I call, I am sent from pillar to post, have been promised to be called back and I'm still waiting for those calls. A lady by the name Liesel who said she was a manager promised to call me back and she did not. When calling them last week I was told that Liesel was off sick for the whole week and would be back on Monday. I have been waiting for her call since. </p>
