Deposit not paid

After renting a vehicle almost Two weeks ago. I am still waiting on my deposit. The call Centre was very helpful. However the staff at the particular branch In Cape Town. Were not at all helpful. Still waiting on my deposit. If ever In need of renting a vehicle. I strongly suggest steering clear of Thrifty Car Rental.
