Deposit not paid back

I'm very disappointed with the service I'm getting. I booked a vehicle on the 28/5/22 paid for everything and returned the vehicle the next day without any issues. 3 weeks later I had to book a vehicle again. When I enquired about my deposit I was taken from pillar to post & told different stories everyday. I proved I didn't receive anything and I was promised the moon and the sky. So I booked another vehicle and paid again mind you. When I call again a week later I'm being told it's been processed and nothing happened so they decide to release the 2nd deposit. I still want my money back as I have sent proof, I've contacted Thrifty while I was at FNB & even they can't find the money. It's amazing how the 3nd deposit is tracable and it's on my statements but the 1st one is not found. This is not right. How do I trust you guys moving forward when I run a business that requires me to travel every 2 weeks?.
