Deposit not paid back!!!

I rented a car on the 18 March and my deposit is still not paid back. Am out of the country and its impossible to call thrifty as they never pick up. I’ve had multiple email conversations and all of them Only talk about the deposit for the car hire in El whereas here am referring to the one in Randburg. When I raise this issue, thrifty Keeps quiet and doesn’t respond. Tasmika Rugnanan Gave me a reference that thrifty will pay my money back within 24hrs and that was Last week Friday, am still waiting. No one Is responding to my email. I’ve had it with the different consultants!
