Deposit held ransom beyond 2 week holding period.

I rented a vehicle the 7th of December, they have a two week holding period for the deposit, not problem, PROBLEM is that guess what it's the 31st close to and additional 2 weeks. Explantation they are short staffed, but my money MY MONEY is being held hostage. Strange thing previous refund of deposit no problem. Guess what no supervisor has called to assist, the poor girl answering the phone, well has to deal with companies incompetency... so sad as I get fantastic service from the office staff, they are phenomenal.
