Deposit

I hired a car from the 22 to 26 December 2019, on returning the car I was told that I damaged the car and I must forfeit my R6000 deposit, then I looked at damage its a scratch and I argued that its a small scratch which I didn't do, otherwise I would have went to someone to clean it. The Consultant refused to give me my copy of my contract because on returning i was complaining that they car me a car with bad tires. Then I refused to sign a claim form because I know didnt do the scratch, These people were ******** me because they told me that it will cost of repairs will be R6000 because the bumper must be replaced, this is very disappointing because we do business with these people based on trust. but what I was told was unfair and it was lots of bull****. The car already had dents worse than that little scratch, how many people have lost their money only on that car??? why did the consultant refused me a copy of my contract? I am not going to stop because I know I hadn't scratched the car, I brought the back on a better condition.
