Deposit Dispute
I rented a car with the above mentioned company and paid a 12K deposit , they had to remove the money as a purchase since I was using a debit card , now 7 days later I'm struggling to get my money back , the consultants keep telling me the CEO has to sign off on my money being refunded , when I paid there was no CEO now I'm waiting for only haven knows how long it will take for me to get my money back

31 Aug 2022, 15:59A gentleman by the name of Lebohang Ramphisa helped me get my refund without too much of a hustle , he is the only person at Thrifty who was able to help me , I'm greatful to him my issue was solved , all the other people at thrifty should take notes from his book
