Deposit

I hired a vehicle at Dollar Thrifty EL Int. My booking Reference Number: *** on the 06th of Feb and retuned it on the 20th Feb. There was a holding fee (deposit) of R10000.00 from my FNB account. Dollar Thirty States that this amount shall be held for 4-7 working days. Days went by and the money was not returned to me. According to Thrifty car deposit was returned on 17 March. I must phone the bank. I have been back and forth with bank and Thrifty car. No money was returned in to my acc. I have the recon from FNB and bank statements. I would like to know where is my money.
