Deposit
I have rented a car at the offices in Pretoria. i returned the car a week ago and until today i haven't received my deposit. Francoi who was assisting is failing to talk to my bank to release the funds back to me, he promise to send me an email that i can take to the bank and until today i waiting for that email.

If you are a local customer and have recently booked your Thrifty Car Rental with us, please allow up to 4-7 working days, upon the return of your vehicle, for your deposit to reflect back into your account.
Should you have not received back your deposit within this time frame, please do send us your RA# so that we can send through to our customer care department.
