Denied a car even when deposit was paid in advance

I made a booking and had my deposit with the company that I have been continuosly using for over two months.Upon arriving to collect the car and return the one I had I was told the deposit was reversed back into my car which was a blatant lie and was denied a car I then contacted my bank which confirmed that the dep was with thrifty I went the following day to prove all that it was a struggle to get the car but eventually got it however I lost a day which was not my fault I asked for compensation was told the Manager will look at it and make a decision.The next day I got a wishy washy email with a lousy excuse from the Consultant not even the Manager himself clearly running away from properly correcting their wrong and compensating for the inconvenience they caused me unnecessary due to their Consultant Team Leader Anwar who in my view is *********** and lacks customer service and professionalism.
