Delayed Deposit

I hired a car on the above mentioned company. On top of the payment that I made, I had to pay a deposit of R5000. The R5000 is precisely for damages that that might happen to car if returned with dents. In my case I returned the car without any damages and I was told that my money will be deposited into my bank account. I hired the car on the 29th of October 2022, until to date I haven't received my money.
