Delay in refund payment

I rented a car at Thrifty in OR Tambo, from the 12th - 15th March 2021. Firstly,I was just given keys by the receptionist and I have to find my way to the parking lot. There was no one to inspect the car,so I just drove off because it was late at night. Secondly, I discovered some few faults on the car,which looks like it was involved in an accident previously on the left front fender. At that time,I was in rural part of limpopo,I tried to call their customer care to inform them but no one answered the phone. I returned the car on Monday, 15th March, I explained to the person who was inspecting the car but she just said they are aware of those faults,though they were not listed on the inspection card that I signed. I was promised to receive my holding deposit in 4 days, which was supposed to be the 19th March but that never materialised. I have been calling since the 20th March with no success. Finally on the 25th March,I .managed to speak to someone through the phone who promised that the money will be paid later on that day. Since then,no one answers the phone,especially at their refund section. Receptionist are also rude. I will never rent a car at that place anymore.
