Delay in Refund of Deposit

My brother, Lydon Pillay hired a car from Dollar Thrifty on the 8th of February 2022 and returned it on the 13th of February 2022 . No refund has been received to date. An email was sent to Suleman Sader with no response. The company was contacted again and my mom spoke to Norman Naicker who said he would escalate the matter. The matter has not yet been resolved and my brother has not received his refund of R10 000.
