I hired a car from these people on the 15 December 2017, returned it on the 17 December 2017 as I had found it, no damage, full tank. On the 21 December 2017 instead of receiving my holding deposit back a further R3100.96 was deducted from my account. When I went to the Cape Town office I was told it was done by the Joburg office and they claim it’s an extension for the rental but they don’t know who did it and why because they can see that the car was returned. I’ve been to the Cape Town office several times requesting my money back, they always call Johannesburg but up to today I have not received my money. I’ve sent many emails to several people in the company and no one have ever bothered to respond. This is the second time this is happening. I experienced the same thing December 2016 where my money just disappeared and could not be accounted for, it took me months to get just a response. These people are ******. Be careful. They de***** people. I will definitely never use them again. You are warned!
