Deceptive Rentals Dollar Thrifty (MUST READ)

Ive had two rentals with Thrifty Car Rentals, both holding a deposit of R4000 each (R8000) to date, now 1 month later I have not received any holding deposit back!

The email address *** is either unresponsive or ignored, and the refundable deposit department seems to not take client calls, voicemail has also been deactivated.

Based on previous experiences with Thrifty Car Rentals, the only way to get through to any person at Thifty is via social Media! The poor management structures within the company are devious and extremely un *********.
