Deceptive Car Rental - Johannesburg

Highly ********* Service!

I booked a vehicle through the Thrifty Car Rental Website, Process was smooth and efficient.

Payment for the rental was taken in full immediately from the website, I went to the branch to collect the hired vehicle however they didn't have the vehicle available and there was nothing they could do about it.

I was then told I would be refunded within 24 to 48 hours... Its now 4 days later, I haven't received my refund and the store manager/Supervisor isn't ever available to take my call nor return it at O R Tambo International Airport.
