<p>I rented a bakkie fron Thrifty in Midrand on the 6th to the 9th of October. I initially booked the vehicle for 2 day only but the Thrifty agent advised me to opt for unlimited kilometres since i was driving long distance and the condition was that i extend the days to three days. However the contract could not be reprinted or amemded on the system because there was no power in Midrand that day. </p> <p>The full tank of petrol that was in the vehicle only lasted for less than 200km but when i filled up the tank lasted for more than 500km. And also after i returned the vehicle there was a deduction of R 644 made at the King Shaka Airtport and a deduction of R810 made at the Durban City branch. When i enquired about this i was told the R810 was for petrol and the R644 was for an extra day. Told them i returned the vehicle on time. The contract was not updated on the system. We filled up for less than R600 but they charged R810. Until today i have not received my money.</p>
