We rented a car on 13 September 2019 and returned the car on 15 September 2019, we were requested R10000 on the day of collecting the car which we didn't see when we first needed a car, we then re-negotiated for a lesser holding deposit of R4000, till yesterday 11 October 2019 when I was trying to find out about my holding deposit not being returned, the consultant told me about petrol and date of return she then send me an email with a mileage of 867 and. Free 200 kolos, my concern is that how can 867 mileage including 200 free kilos cost R3985, how did they conclude to that.

I am not recommending Thrifty to anyone. I have been hiring cars with other rentals and never been so depressed. I will never ever use their service again.
