Day light *******

I have hired a VW Polo in December 2019 for a weekend and upon returning the car I was called that the VW Logo Cab on the 4 wheels is not there.

I then told the guy I was not aware, he then told me he will do the damage report. A week later a lady by the name Debbi sent me an email regarding the damage, I then called her requesting to purchase the logo and fit them, she then said she will get back to me as soon as she received the damage report.

16.03.2020 the same lady sent me the invoice to pay for the damage without discussing with me.

I have made a quotation from Volkswagen South Africa in regards to the sale of VW Logo Cabs, this is evident that there is overcharge on the specified item, thus making it an unfair pricing of goods and services.

The Cost of a single Cab is R163.00 as per manufacturer, with 15% Vat to R187,45 each.

Multi Auto Repair (Not manufacture) charged R792 for a single cab which amounts to R910.80 each. (Representing Dollar Thrifty Car Rental)

This is a day light *******, A clear unfair value for good and services as per consumer Protection act.

This constitutes ***** and consumer ombudsman should intervene.
