Customer Care Orientated

I had an experience with them on Monday. To cut a long story short it turned out to be (rather embarrassingly) my error and not theirs. However, before I discovered that they were most gracious (especially Norman Naicker their Customer Care Manager) and professional in trying to assist me and getting to the bottom of the problem so it could be resolved. I will most certainly use them in the future and would recommend them. There are not many companies out there who take their customers concerns seriously enough to respond immediately and assist resolving quickly and efficiently.
