Dollar thrifty car rental King Shaka airport are a bunch of *******, on Monday last week i hired their Honda 7seater; they handed the car to us (me and my friends) on the day and told us they did a pre inspection and we shouldnt be worried about the scratches on the car hence they treat them as minor, today they are fefusing to pay my Refund because of the same scratches and they are telling me that we damaged the car. Marcelo their agent over the phone tells me that he will "ask" the Manager to call me when i tell him that he should "tell" that person to call me or put them over the phone. I wont rest about this
