Am not happy with this car hire company at all, they lie and rip people of and worse tempt with people's card details as they have them,on the 24.11.2017 i went to the Thrifty car hire \Dollar rental whatever they call themselves, everything seemed okay , we got the car they took the R2000 deposit money and R4,631.99 incl all vat etc. through my credit card got reference : ********** OR Tambo International So all was well i think it got messed up when i took the car for extended days three days, which per day was suppose to be 408.82 now when i return the car full tank everything okay confirmed by the guy who checked it in but now they telling me i owe them 32 how? whereby i had a R2000 which i paid that covers such instance and instead they were suppose to take 1226.46 and refund R773.54 which they decided to take 182 from my credit and on the 17.12.2017 again took R2000 from credit for what wouldnt know now am in arrears and have unnecessary charges on my credit card. you people are ****** and take people's money unauthorized and dont pay back people instead i want my money you took from my credit card
