******** activity at Dollar Thrifty Car Rentals

My husband rented a car last year. It returned with a crack. The company sent him a R16 000 quote from some other company to have the windscreen fixed. We called the very same company and told them we wanted to fix the windscreen of the very same car that he rented. The quote came back as R4000. Why is there su h a bug differencce between the R16000 quote we got from Thrifty Car rentals compared to this R4000 we get on a priavre quote. My husband called and told them about this and they had nothing to say. He told them he s wants to look into the matter and that he will not be paying the R16000. A week later without his authorization... 16000 was debited in my husband's account. Without his consent! We have called Thrifty car rental countless times without proper assistance.

This company is nothing but a ********** business. They think they smart. Stupid ******.
