Consistently inept staff

I've sent 4 mails with requests and none are even acknowledged let alone answered. I even marked them urgent (which they were) and no-one bothered to response. First was over-charging query. Second was for latest invoice, which I need to claim for travel. I've wasted hours and phone calls on this.
