Complaint resolved

My deposit has finally been reimbursed. Thank you to the excellent assistance of Eldene Voges in the THR department. She was the first person that I spoke to at Thrifty that explained everything in a manner that was understanding, she explained what lead to the delay of a response to my many queries and really just wanted to help me. I think the one thing Thrifty can learn from this complaint is that customers just wants to be kept in the loop of the process and your call centre phones should be checked as they keep on cutting people off. But overall thank you for the quick assistance afterwards.
