Complaint: Refund

I made a reservation online on 06/08/2018 for a Mercedes C Class online and processed online payment with my cheque card. When I went to collect the vehicle at the OR Tambo branch, I was advised that they require a credit card for that particular class which was not specified online. I advised the agent (Kgomotso) to cancel the booking and process refund.

I have been attempting to resolve the issue (refund) since yesterday but I am not getting tangible feedback. I have spoken to Leandra who advised that I contact the branch directly on ********** 454. When I called the given number for the branch I spoke to Rowan who took down my details and reference number ( ********** ) and promised to follow-up and have someone make contact with me.

I have attempted calling numerous times today, choosing option 3 as advised by Leandra, to no avail. On my last attempt I called Leandra who advised that she had sent email to the branch to attend to query and will resend again. I would like to have query resolved or at least be provided tangible feedback.
