Complaint

I rented out a vehicle on the 29th of November 2021 to the 2nd of December, but I decided to extend to the 6th due to floods and heavy rain we experienced in KZN remote area where I come from,I was charged an exorbitant amount on a group A vehicle, they are refusing to return my holding deposit citing meaningless reasons. I'm so disappointed, I need my money klaar, I can't be charged about R1400 a day for Toyota Agya
