Complaint

I booked a car hire online through rental.com and I was charged R1451., then went to the branch to collect the vehicle and the branch charged me again as the payment from rental.com has not reflected on their side

So in total i got charge R2500 for 2 day car hire

Thrifty has ****** me badly I have sent numerous emails requesting for a refund and they just ignore my emails.

Rentals.com rep**** and said I am must deal with the branch

I need my money back. What a bad service
