Complain

I rented a car in 2020 August and they gave me a car with a license disc that has expired of which I got a fine for,I call to enquire they assured me that they will pay for the fine. But they did not as I found out today.

I tried to renew my license today but I couldn't because of that fine of which they assured me they will pay.
