CHEAP = YES - BUT THEY WILL CHARGE YOU DOUBLE

Stay Clear - Do Not Rent From Them - yes they are the cheapest - but they will charge you more than double in the end and they will find ANY excuse do to so. I rented a vehicle in Feb, when I collected the vehicle there was a chip on the windscreen - the chip was also indicated on the pre-collection sheet. During my rental that same chip split and a hairline crack started to form in the windscreen. I returned the car - thinking it should be fine as the original chip was documented and the resulting crack is therefore not my fault. But I WAS WRONG - I was charged R3 865.14 to replace said windscreen - and I have been sent from pillar to post.

This was my first time renting Thrifty - NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN - I would rather pay 10% more at a competitor and know I will be treated well and if I need support I can go to the SAVRALA - THRIFTY IS NOT PART OF SAVRALA - so no recourse on their part to sort customer queries.
