Charged for a valet when I had returned the car in a perfect ****en state

I find myself here again because I never learn. Got charged a valet fee. At the drop off, car was inspected in my presence and except for petrol, I was informed that all was good. A month later, I received a text saying I owe R500 for valet. Rowen Kellerman, a manager at the OR Tambo branch is an **** and useless piece of horse ****. He has no sense of customer service. I will pay the amount so that I am not listed since I want to get a mortgage bond but you ****ers have lost a client who hired a car from you every month without fail.
