Car wouldn't start, I missed my interview

I collected a car on Friday 10 August 2021 in the evening from King Shaka Airport for an early start the next day to a 10am interview in Nqutu. At 6am the car wouldnt start, tried their emergency numbers that kept ringing with no answer till 7am. Help later came around 7:35am and the guy asked that I wait for him to jump start the car as their boaster was broken, later left at 8am with a 2 hour delay and missed my interview with a potential employer. I am so disappointed at Thrifty and would like my refund back.
