This experience was quite a battle at fist and at a certain point I almost lost my faith in this car rental service. (Dollar Thrifty), until I was then sent and passed on to the management team, I won't lie it was quite challenging to get my holding fee back but Mr Norman Naicker was a great help including the management team and things there after ran much more smoother. It turns out that they really do care about their clients and they really make client complaints a fist priority and for that I would highly recommend them to others out there, for even though there are humps and bumps along the way, you don't loose your money and you be in good hands with great care. management indeed sees to that.
