Car rental deposit not refunded

I hate this car rental up until today I have no been paid back my deposits for two cars cars I rented in April I got exhausted of persuing these people together with my bank FNB to pay me money and I gave up the fight.They kept on insisting that i have been paid back the money according to the system whereas I have not received a cent of my deposits.And I suspect that there is system manipulation ***** being done by the car rental in conjunction with the bank to dupe people of their car deposits money
