Car Rental Deposit

I rented a car from Dollar Thrifty at OR Thambo branch. When i paid for the rental and supp**** the deposit. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. How ever this changed when i returned the car and wanted to get my deposit back. I was informed that it would take a week to process, because of the traffic fine, e-tolls, etc. Since this, my deposit has been taken our of my credit card three times because of a glitch in their system. First in Feb, when it was suppose to be taken, then in May and now in September. Every time i have to provide all the paperwork for them to rectify the mistake on their side. They have even gone so far as to blame Standard bank and have insisted that it was Standard Bank that removed the money and not them. I have since put them in contact with the branch manager of Standard Bank for them to figure out how they are going to solve this problem. <br> <br> Now neither Thrifty or Standard Bank will get back to me, or return my mails!! POOR POOR POOR Service from both companies!! <br> <br> I urge ANYONE from Thrifty or Standard bank PLEASE get back to me....in regards with this matter. Any anyone reading this, please assist me with what more i can do
